Archdiocesan News
“We are given talents and gifts to be stewards and share them with others. Prayer is a very necessary component of anything we do as God’s children,” And when we come together to serve others, in the name of Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church, it makes us visible in the general community in a way that is truly evangelistic.” Make a difference by donating to www.isupportabcd.org.
Planned Giving
For some, you may consider your past and all that you’ve accomplished in life already while considering the kind of legacy you can provide in the future. With a planned gift to the Archdiocese of Miami, you can combine your desire to give to charity with your overall financial, tax, and estate planning goals. Planned giving gives you a special connection with the Society. For more details, visit us today atwww.adomgift.org.
Stewardship
Give something, however small, to the one in need. For it is not small to one who has nothing. Neither is it small to God, if we have given what we could.
“There are different kinds of spiritual gifts but the same Spirit; there are different forms of service but the same Lord; there are different working but the same God who produces all of them in everyone. To each individual the manifestation of the Spirit is given for some benefit.” 1 Corinthians 12:4-7.
As a Christian, we receive different spiritual gifts from the same Holy Spirit. As a Steward, we use our gifts as acts of service. These gifts are given for the common good and to serve the Church in a way that someone could not do in mere human strength. How are you serving your community with your “spiritual gift”?
